About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching relevant blogs, articles, social media trends, Reddit threads, and other platforms to gather content ideas
2. Writing and designing LinkedIn posts related to e-commerce, digital marketing, Amazon, Shopify, SEO, Google, and Meta ads, targeting our Agency's ICP
3. Developing and preparing a 2-week content calendar in advance for LinkedIn, with posts scheduled 5 days a week
4. Actively engaging with the target audience by liking, commenting, and answering top voice questions on LinkedIn and Twitter
5. Monitoring and responding to comments on posts to foster engagement
6. Participating in relevant communities on Reddit, Twitter (X), and Facebook, engaging with posts and discussions in e-commerce and digital marketing communities
7. Sharing valuable insights and building rapport with community members

Other requirements
1. Must have a strong knowledge of e-commerce, Amazon, Shopify, digital marketing (including Google and Meta ads), social media marketing, and SEO
2. Should have excellent written communication skills
3. Should have the ability to research and synthesize information from multiple sources
4. Must be familiar with LinkedIn and Twitter
5. Experience with engaging communities on Reddit, Twitter, and Facebook is preferred
6. Should be able to manage time and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per lead conversion).
