About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Editing and managing podcast audio files to ensure high-quality output
2. Creating review cuts and developing episode teasers to boost social media engagement by creating shareable clips for platforms like Instagram TikTok and Twitter
3. Managing the distribution of podcast episodes across various platforms such as Spotify Apple Podcasts Google Podcasts and social media channels
4. Developing a distribution strategy to expand the podcast's reach and target the right audience
5. Collaborating on content planning to help shape the direction of future episodes and overall podcast growth
