About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact & brainstorm with leadership teams to assess gaps in skill and build customized programs as per their need
2. Research and create academic courses and content for Antwalk Power Skills Academy
3. Work with industry experts to define course outlines and draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQ, case studies, etc.
4. Edit, proofread, and improve the content
5. Be present in the class, interact with learners, and encourage and measure class participation
6. Engage with learners on different community forums, and gather and resolve their queries
7. Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes
8. Execute the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts
9. Collaborate with the product, enterprise, and sales team for smooth execution of training.

1. Passionate about building content for soft skills/power skills
2. Solid communication and presentation abilities
3. Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience with peers
4. Open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement
5. Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup ecosystem
