About the work from home job/internship
We are looking for a highly motivated software development engineering(web) intern to join our dynamic development team. If you are passionate about building modern web applications, have experience with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and databases, and have contributed to open-source projects or personal repositories on GitHub, we want to hear from you! As an intern, you will work on developing, testing, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications and APIs. You'll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment while working on real-world projects that make an impact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the development team to design and build robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
2. Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests
3. Work with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store, retrieve, and manage data
4. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share feedback
5. Debug and troubleshoot software applications to resolve issues and improve performance
6. Follow best practices for version control using Git and contribute to repositories on GitHub

Other requirements
1. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
2. Strong understanding of REST API development and integration
3. Familiarity with databases (relational and non-relational) and query languages
4. Basic understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts
5. Experience with version control tools, especially Git and GitHub
6. Demonstrated contributions to personal or open-source projects on GitHub
7. A strong portfolio of completed projects is a plus
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
10. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
