Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sales: Lead sales efforts and achieve sales targets for AI and software sales
2. Sales planning: Develop and achieve sales plans, targets, and strategies
3. Cold calling: Do calls for lead generation, and schedule meetings for demos and pre-sales
4. Deal closure: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, including preparing leads, delivering sales pitches, negotiating terms, and closure
5. Customer relationship: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers
6. Sales reporting: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
7. Lead nurturing: Engage in lead nurturing through offline and online channels, including email marketing, social media interactions, phone calls, and in-person meetings

5. Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
