About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Understand the functional requirements and project scope
2. Collaborate with development and product teams to clarify requirements and prepare a test plan
3. Review and execute test plans and cases according to testing standards
4. Execute test cases using IDE tools and/or manual testing, then analyze results
5. Report and document bugs, track resolution, and ensure fixes are implemented
6. Provide testing insights to enhance system performance and reliability
7. Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes, focusing on automation
8. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle
