About the work from home job/internship
The Student Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities and programs that involve college students. This role involves working closely with students, faculty, and other stakeholders to promote the NGO's mission and encourage student participation.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design and implement programs and activities that engage college students and align with the NGO's goals.
2. Foster relationships with college societies, clubs, and student organizations to encourage participation in NGO activities.
3. Plan and organize events, workshops, and seminars on college campuses, ensuring smooth execution and high student turnout.
4. Recruit, train, and manage student volunteers, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the NGO's programs.
5. Maintain regular communication with students, faculty, and other stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
6. Develop and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
7. Track the progress of student programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed.
8. Prepare and submit reports on program activities, outcomes, and student participation to the NGO's management.
9. Assist in managing the budget for student programs, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
10. Creating engaging videos for NGO's Campaigns for promoting the Foundation.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per event).
