About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop original, high-order thinking questions that test advanced concepts, problem-solving abilities, and analytical reasoning
2. Ensure the questions align with the latest JEE Advanced/NEET PG syllabus, difficulty levels, and exam patterns
3. Create well-structured solutions and detailed explanations for each question, demonstrating multiple approaches where applicable
4. Review and refine questions to maintain accuracy, clarity, and conceptual depth
5. Collaborate with academic teams to ensure question quality meets national-level standards

Other requirements

1. For JEE Advanced: MSc/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics or BTech/MTech from IITs/NITs or reputed institutions

2. For NEET PG: MD/MS or M.Sc/PhD in relevant medical disciplines with strong conceptual knowledge

3. 2+ years of experience in competitive exam coaching, question creation, or academic content development

4. Strong grasp of problem-solving techniques, conceptual depth, and application-based question formulation

5. Ability to frame tricky, multi-concept, and innovative questions that challenge top-tier aspirants

6. Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy, HOTS (Higher-Order Thinking Skills), and exam evaluation strategies

7. Experience with digital assessment tools, Latex (for mathematical content), and diagram creation software

8. Prior experience in setting mock test papers, Olympiad-level questions, or research-based problem-solving
