Systems Design Expert Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of Figma's advanced features, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and real-time collaboration tools
2. Utilize plugins and integrations to automate and streamline design workflows
3. Build and manage comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency and scalability
4. Translate complex, abstract proposals into clear, visually compelling system designs
5. Apply design fundamentals such as typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to elevate proposals
6. Conduct deep-dive research to understand emerging tech trends and complex project requirements
7. Analyze and refine concepts (like tech proposals or expressions of interest) into innovative design strategies
8. Apply basic coding principles (HTML, CSS) to ensure designs are aesthetically striking and feasible for development
9. Anticipate how design decisions impact system performance and developer handoffs
10. Articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical teams and high-level stakeholders
11. Create comprehensive design documentation and presentations with detailed specifications
