Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Conduct initial screenings of candidates through phone interviews and assessments to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
