We are seeking a proactive and organized hiring intern to support our recruitment efforts. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, from job postings to interview coordination, contributing directly to our team's growth.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Job postings & management: Create and maintain job listings on platforms such as Naukri.com, Internshala, IIM Jobs, and LinkedIn.
2. Agency coordination: Engage with hiring agencies to source resumes and build a candidate pipeline.
3. Candidate screening: Speak with candidates to assess their capabilities and alignment with job requirements.
4. Interview management: Schedule and coordinate interviews with team members, ensuring smooth communication and logistics.
