As a Talent Acquisition intern at our Digital Word Of Mouth (WoM) company, you will have the exciting opportunity to be a key player in sourcing and attracting top talent to our dynamic team. Your role will involve utilizing your English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to engage with potential candidates and coordinate interviews. Your proficiency in MS-Excel will also be essential in managing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, such as social media and job boards.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as provide feedback to candidates.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation.
5. Maintain and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets to track progress.
6. Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to promote the company brand.
7. Contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing innovative ideas and solutions.
