Talent Acquisition Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform daily and weekly reporting activities.
2. Onboard clients to the platform smoothly.
3. Screen and source the right set of people for technical requirements.
4. Follow up with interviewers through extensive calling at various stages.
5. Work on cold calling to manage and maintain a positive pipeline.
6. Work towards lead generation.
7. Follow up and activate existing interviewers from our database.
8. Schedule demos and ensuring smooth coordination.
9. Provide product demos to potential users.

This role involves major calling, with 80% of the work involving calling. Candidates should be comfortable with high call volumes and regular follow-ups.
