Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities includes:

1. Coordinating interviews by scheduling and confirming them with candidates
2. Assisting in managing HR databases and spreadsheets using advanced Excel tools
3. Analyzing HR data and preparing reports to support various HR initiatives
4. Compiling and updating employee records in both digital and physical formats
5. Ensuring that the screening, hiring, and selection processes adhere to company policies
6. Reviewing resumes and job applications to screen candidates effectively
7. Screening application forms and resumes for shortlisting
8. Collecting payroll data, including leave records, working hours, and bank account details
