Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications using ChatGPT.
2. Posting jobs on different job portals and find good applications/candidates (Sourcing candidates via online platforms and professional networks like LinkedIn.)
3. Screen resumes and application forms. (means, check resume and compare with job description and decide whether the candidate is suitable or not)
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates based on telephonic interview.
5. Coordinate for client interviews and if necessary, support in follow-ups.
6. Help organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events. (mostly not applicable)
7. Collaborate with team, building good and cooperative team environment, so all of us can build effective recruitment strategies. Team work is essential part of the work culture in our company.
8. Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
10. Watch actively on LinkedIn for open positions, and help in signing up the new clients. This will be done using our company email ID.
11. Help us to build and grow our company LinkedIn page, help us in growing the followers. If you wish to work on personal branding on LinkedIn, you can use our resources for free.

Expected stipend structure:
The stipend will be 1000-2000 per month. Decisions will be based on communication skills, Excel knowledge, time commitment, learning ability, experience, and education.
Required Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR, especially in talent acquisition.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Complete work-from-home work, laptop + mobile + internet is compulsory.
