About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
2. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
3. Conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
4. Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status
5. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence and maintaining recruitment records
