1. Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates using various online platforms and tools
2. Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
4. Updating and maintaining candidate database in MS-Excel
5. Drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms
6. Assisting in organizing and attending recruiting events and job fairs
7. Supporting the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
