Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talent Acquisition & Client Development: Source, screen, and shortlist top talent across various technologies, while proactively identifying potential clients to bring on board.
2. Process Management & Optimization: Conduct profile validation, maintain accurate trackers, and contribute to refining recruitment processes.
3. Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement: Manage interview scheduling and rescheduling, serving as the main point of contact for both candidates and clients.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
5. Market Research & Networking: Stay informed on industry trends and effectively source talent through social media platforms like LinkedIn.
6. Ad-hoc Assignments: Be flexible and ready to take on new tasks as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For:
