Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct sourcing and screening of potential candidates for various roles across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, and E-commerce sectors.
2. Collaborate with team members to coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates for top MNC clients.
3. Participate in daily training sessions to develop and refine recruitment skills and end-to-end hiring processes.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on recruitment activities.
