Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
7. Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
