About the work from home job/internship
In this role, you will be guiding the students who will be enrolling in our recently launched Electric Vehicles Placement Guarantee Course.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the students with their doubts related to MATLAB toolboxes and basics, battery modelling, inverter modelling, motor design and controller, BMS, converter systems, and powertrain dynamics through 1:1 and group live sessions
2. Research, share, and evaluate tasks and problem statements related to MATLAB and Embedded Systems with students regularly. Provide constructive feedback to help students excel in their modelling and simulation work
3. Assist students in troubleshooting MATLAB-related issues and guide them in utilising the specific toolboxes effectively for their advanced EV modelling project
4. Answer student queries posted on various channels such as Q&A Forum, community, emails etc., within a defined time
5. Monitor the community for questions and concerns from students. This would require you to check the community regularly and respond promptly to any questions or comments and also share daily practice problems, learning resources and other learning materials with the students in the community at predefined times
6. Encourage class discussions, group work, and peer learning to deepen students' understanding of MATLAB and its applications in advanced EV modelling
7. Assess student progress and come up with ways to improve their learning and performance through sessions, peer activities and problem statements
8. Work closely with the instructor to ensure that students are receiving the support they need during live sessions
9. Conduct sessions outlining the basics of electrical concepts being used in the EV PGC in an easy-to-understand manner

We are looking for someone who has:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Good experience or coursework in MATLAB and Embedded Systems
3. Interest in the electric vehicle or automotive industry
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly.
5. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
