About the work from home job/internship

In this role, you will be guiding the students who will be enrolling in our recently launched Electric Vehicle Placement Guarantee Course.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the development and delivery of training modules and workshops on Solidworks and Ansys software applications in the context of electric vehicle design
2. Help create instructional materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to enhance learning outcomes and practical understanding
3. Participate in practical sessions and demonstrations, simulating real-world scenarios in EV mechanical engineering
4. Support senior trainers in mentoring and guiding participants, helping them understand advanced concepts such as FEA, CFD, and electromagnetic simulations for EV applications
5. Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject-matter experts to continuously improve training content and methodologies in the domain of motors, controllers, and vehicle dynamics
6. Provide feedback to trainees under supervision to help ensure their understanding and proficiency in using the software tools
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements in EV mechanical engineering software and tools

Other requirements
1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Good experience or coursework in Solidworks or Ansys.
3. Good knowledge of motor technology, machine design, and vehicle dynamics.
4. Interest in the electric vehicle or automotive industry and a desire to learn about designing and analyzing mechanical systems for EVs.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly.
6. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
