About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Become proficient in all support team responsibilities.
2. Mark attendance for all learners in class.
3. Create support tickets for learners who need additional help.
4. Manage and monitor the class's Zoom chat.
5. Send after-class notes to ensure the class is marked as "Complete."
6. Manage the guide dashboard for new guides, and assist them in launching and ending classes.
7. Create marketing collateral during classes to support the marketing team.
8. Develop response templates based on the most frequently asked questions.
9. Address technical queries from learners during class.
10. Collaborate with the scheduling team to assign a team of TA interns to different guides and classes.
