Tech & Operations Intern Work From Home Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in setting up automation workflows for customer communication, follow-ups, and dispute resolution using tools like Zapier and Mailchimp
2. Manage and update our CRM system (Zoho CRM or HubSpot) for tracking leads, customer interactions, and payments
3. Create and send automated invoices using tools like Razorpay or Zoho Invoice and follow up on unpaid invoices
4. Help optimize our dispute resolution process by automating document creation and letter templates
5. Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers
6. Provide basic customer support by answering queries, assisting with credit-related questions, and ensuring timely follow-ups
7. Help track analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and customer outreach efforts

Requirements:

1. Pursue or complete a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Understand automation tools like Zapier and CRM systems (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
3. Exhibit tech-savvy skills with a good understanding of customer management systems and tools
4. Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills
5. Show willingness to learn and work in a dynamic startup environment
6. Work independently and meet deadlines
