Tech Support Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Serve as the primary point of communication for customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, offering timely and accurate support
2. Assist consumers with accessing and using our website platform, including queries about features, functions, and best practices
3. Guide customers through the process of setting up and customizing their websites, offering personalized support and advice as needed
4. Troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
5. Document client interactions, issues, and remedies in our CRM system, keeping complete and precise records
