About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact potential customers to inform them about our Business loan services.
2. Explain the features and benefits of Business Loans.
3. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
4. Maintain and update customer records.
5. Identify and pursue potential customers for personal loans & Business Loan.
6. Convert leads through outbound calls, emails.
7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing tailored financial solutions.
8. Educate customers on loan products, benefits, eligibility criteria, and terms.
9. Collect and verify required customer documentation.
10. Facilitate smooth end-to-end loan application and approval processes.
11. Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory policies.
12. Share customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
13. Ensure adherence to company policies, financial guidelines, and local regulations.
