About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls: Engage with potential and existing clients to introduce the company's services and products.
2. Handling inbound queries: Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about the company's offerings.
3. Lead generation: Identify potential clients, gather relevant data, and convert leads into sales.
4. Maintaining client relationships: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide additional support.
5. Data entry & record keeping: Accurately record call details, update CRM systems, and maintain detailed reports.
6. Responding to customer feedback: Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
7. Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align communication strategies and meet targets.
8. Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services during customer interactions.
9. Meeting daily targets: Ensure that daily call and sales targets are met in accordance with company standards.
