Telecalling Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a proactive professional to join our team in a tele-calling, data management operations, and analytics role. This dynamic position involves customer engagement, operational workflows, and data analysis to enhance business outcomes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Tele-calling & Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively in Hindi and English, address inquiries, resolve complaints, and onboard new customers by promoting products/services.
2. Operations: Analyze call recordings, process requests, place orders accurately, and escalate non-delivery issues for resolution.
3. Data Management & Analytics: Maintain accurate Excel records, generate actionable insights, and monitor key metrics for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English; strong ability to engage and convert leads.
2. Customer Handling: Empathy and professionalism in managing challenging customers.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and basic analytics; ability to manage workflows.
4. Collaboration: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork capabilities.
5. Additional Skills: Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn; prior experience in tele-calling, operations, or analytics is advantageous.
