We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, be comfortable working with Excel, and have a reliable mobile phone and internet connection.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders and address any queries
2. Follow the calling SOP, ensuring proper tagging of leads (confirmed, cancelled, no response)
3. Update lead status in the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner
4. Maintain a professional and courteous manner during calls
5. Ensure follow-ups are completed within defined timelines (max 4 attempts per lead)
6. Provide daily updates on confirmed and canceled leads
