Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? Altruism Casa is looking for a tele-calling intern to join our team! As a tele-calling intern, you will have the opportunity to use your English and Hindi proficiency to engage with our donors and supporters. Your role will involve making calls to thank donors, providing updates on our projects, and encouraging continued support for our cause.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to donors to express gratitude for their contributions
2. Provide information about our organization and the impact of donations
3. Update donor records and maintain accurate information in MS Excel
4. Follow up with donors to cultivate relationships and secure future donations
5. Collaborate with team members to develop calling strategies and scripts
6. Meet weekly calling targets to ensure donor engagement and retention
7. Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and fundraising skills
