5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

1. Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
4. Experience in outbound calling is preferred
5. Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
