Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. As a Call Representative Intern, your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is essential to maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Your tasks will include:
2. Making outbound calls to warm and cold leads to assess their interest in our AI chatbots.
3. Filtering leads based on their requirements and business potential.
4. Scheduling appointments for the sales team to close deals.
5. Maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
6. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs and follow-ups.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
2. Confidence in speaking with leads and clients over the phone.
3. Ability to assess and qualify potential business opportunities.
4. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (training will be provided).
5. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
