We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecaller Intern to join our team. As a Telecaller Intern, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in generating interest in our services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry while enhancing their communication and sales skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make over 100 outbound calls daily to prospective clients
2. Provide detailed information about our web and app development services
3. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements
4. Schedule meetings between interested clients and our sales team
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications in our CRM system
6. Follow up with clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed
7. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of web and app development services
2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
3. Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
6. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
7. Prior experience in a telecall-ing or customer service role is a plus
