Telecalling Work From Home Internship

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecalling Interns with a passion for sales and digital marketing. As a Telecalling Intern, you will play a key role in generating leads and driving sales for our digital marketing services. You will connect with businesses, introduce our offerings, and convert potential clients into customers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to businesses to introduce our digital marketing services.
2. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to generate leads and sales.
3. Maintain a record of conversations and update the CRM regularly.
4. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively.
5. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align on service offerings and lead quality.
6. Assist in creating sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken).
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
3. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, lead generation) is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Positive attitude, persistence, and ability to handle rejections professionally.
