Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
2. Handle incoming calls and provide information about our products and services.
3. Assist in maintaining a database of contacts and updating customer information.
4. Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales goals.
6. Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze call data and performance metrics.
7. Participate in training sessions to improve telecalling techniques and product knowledge.
