Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Immediate order confirmation: Call customers immediately after receiving an order to confirm details and ensure accuracy
2. Dashboard management: Edit and update the order dashboard with accurate information for tracking and record-keeping
3. NDR follow-up: Contact customers promptly for non-delivery report (NDR) cases to resolve issues and ensure delivery completion
4. Delivery day communication: Call customers on the day of delivery to inform them and confirm their availability to receive the order
5. Customer relationship management: Build positive relationships with customers by providing clear communication and addressing any concerns effectively
