About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders and address any queries
2. Follow the calling SOP ensuring proper tagging of leads (confirmed, cancelled, no response)
3. Update lead status in the CRM system accurately and promptly
4. Maintain a professional and courteous manner during calls
5. Ensure follow-ups are completed within defined timelines (maximum 4 attempts per lead)
6. Provide daily updates on confirmed and canceled leads
