1. Ensure access to a computer or laptop for work purposes.
2. Hold a bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or a related field, which is often preferred.
3. Leverage prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality to enhance performance.
4. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
5. Demonstrate a strong ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently.
6. Utilize familiarity with CRM software, booking systems, and communication tools (e.g., emails, phone, chat) to facilitate operations.
7. Show willingness to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, depending on the nature of the business.
8. Highlight fluency in multiple languages as a plus, depending on the client base.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per sale).
