Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, address inquiries, and provide necessary assistance.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using MS Excel.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and contribute to revenue generation.
6. Provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed customer support.
