Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Contact potential candidates in the USA based on job openings and recruitment requirements
2. Use company-provided contact lists and recruitment databases to identify suitable candidates
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles
4. Gather details about candidate availability, salary expectations, and career goals
5. Schedule interviews between candidates and clients/recruiters
6. Ensure consistent follow-up to keep candidates updated about their application status
7. Update and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the recruitment management system
8. Generate reports on recruitment activities as needed
9. Professionally handle candidate inquiries and provide detailed information about job roles
10. Effectively communicate feedback between candidates and hiring managers
11. Stay updated on US labor market trends and industry-specific requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
