Telecalling Work From Home Internship

We are looking for a dynamic Telecalling intern to join our team at MAA LAXMI EXPORTS. If you have excellent English proficiency and are skilled in MS-Excel, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the field of sales and customer service.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales deals.
5. As the job required international calling so the timing for the job will be 8:30 PM to 3:30 AM
