Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Contact customers with outstanding payments via call.
Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries about products, services, and account details.
Provide accurate and complete information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in alignment with company guidelines.
Provide clear and concise information about account status and repayment options.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and payment agreements in CRM systems.
Handle disputes or objections professionally, seeking to resolve issues in a way that satisfies both the customer and the company.
Ensure all collections are conducted in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets as set by the team leader or manager.
Follow up on scheduled payments and monitor debtor accounts to prevent further delays.
Collaborate with the finance and legal teams when necessary to resolve complex cases.
