About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns professionally.
3. Maintain and update customer information in Excel spreadsheets.
4. Provide accurate information to customers and guide them through the process.
5. Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
6. Maintain a courteous and professional tone during interactions.
7. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
