Telecalling Work From Home Internship

As a telecalling intern at NexusCare Tech Services Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your communication skills while assisting our team in providing exceptional customer service. Your proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi, along with strong MS-Excel skills, will be invaluable in this role. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
2. Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively
3. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in MS-Excel
4. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
5. Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
6. Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and providing feedback to the team
7. Continuously improving communication skills and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience
