About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in MS Excel.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
5. Following up with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
6. Participating in training sessions to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
7. Assisting in creating and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
