Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling & support: Handle inbound/outbound calls, assist agents with queries, and follow up on issues.
2. Onboarding & training: Guide new agents on registration, portal usage, and transaction processes.
3. Issue resolution: Troubleshoot portal/app issues, coordinate with backend teams and resolve payout concerns.
4. Relationship management: Engage agents, ensure activity, and motivate them to boost transactions.
5. Reporting: Maintain call logs, track issues, and escalate major concerns.
