About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contacting potential or existing clients to provide information about services, answer queries, or address concerns
2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to unsecured loan or credit card debts
3. Keeping detailed logs of all calls made or received, including client details, queries, and outcomes
4. Explaining legal consultancy services and debt management solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner
5. Regularly following up with clients to ensure timely communication and progress updates
6. Establishing a positive relationship with clients to build trust and encourage engagement
7. Working towards daily or weekly call and conversion targets as set by the team
8. Coordinating with legal and support teams to resolve client issues and provide comprehensive assistance
9. Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations during all client interactions
10. Gathering feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address their needs effectively
