Telecalling Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused tele-caller to enhance our e-commerce business. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice that ensures smooth order confirmations, resolves customer queries, and helps build trust in our brand. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to confirm customer orders and address queries with clarity.
2. Follow the calling SOP, accurately tagging leads as Confirmed, Cancelled, or No Response.
3. Update and maintain lead statuses in the CRM system promptly and correctly.
4. Provide daily updates on confirmed and cancelled leads to the team.
5. Maintain a professional, courteous tone to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure follow-ups are completed within defined timelines (up to 4 attempts per lead).
