As a telecalling intern at PropBLITZ, you will have the opportunity to hone your communication skills while contributing to our dynamic team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our services, and generating leads through phone calls and emails. Your fluency in spoken and written English will be essential to effectively conveying our message. Proficiency in MS-Office, CRM, and MS-Excel will also be beneficial as you manage customer data and track sales progress.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
2. Update customer information in the CRM system accurately
3. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
4. Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals
5. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze data and create reports for management
6. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
7. Adapt to new strategies and techniques to improve call conversion rates and overall performance
