Telecalling Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote services and generate leads.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers, address their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
3. Update customer information accurately and in a timely manner in the company database.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone calls and emails to convert them into sales opportunities.
5. Assist in organizing and conducting virtual events or webinars to engage with potential clients.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts and achieve team targets.
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge through training and feedback sessions.
